You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use pk32. Age is verified through CNIC documentation during the registration process. Accounts found to belong to underage users are closed immediately and balances forfeited.
Each individual may hold only one active pk32 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
All bonuses, free spins, and promotional credits issued by pk32 are subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Requirements are stated on each individual promotion page and in the relevant bonus terms.
pk32 may request identity, address, and payment method verification documents before processing withdrawal requests. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement mandated by our licensing authority, not an obstacle to withdrawing winnings.
Fraud, collusion, use of automated software, abuse of bonuses, and any other activity that undermines the integrity of pk32 are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and legal referral where warranted.
Every pk32 account holder has the right to set deposit limits, activate cooling-off periods, and request self-exclusion at any time without charge. pk32 will honour these requests without delay for any reason, commercial or otherwise.

By accessing the pk32 Platform, creating a pk32 Account, or placing any wager or bet through the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the pk32 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time (collectively, the "Agreement").
If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the pk32 Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following notice of any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

3.1 Age Requirement. Registration and use of the pk32 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. pk32 enforces age verification through CNIC documentation review during the KYC process. Any Account found to have been registered by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all balances (including winnings) will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant regulatory authority.
3.2 Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether access to and use of the pk32 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. pk32 does not accept registrations from, and provides no services to, players in Prohibited Jurisdictions. By registering, you represent and warrant that use of the Platform is not prohibited under any law applicable to you.
3.3 Account Limit. Each individual may hold no more than one (1) active pk32 Account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts for any purpose — including circumventing bonus restrictions or Account suspensions — is strictly prohibited. pk32 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close any or all duplicate accounts at its sole discretion.
3.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and any additional information requested during the KYC process. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.5 KYC Verification. pk32 may, at any time and without prior notice, request identity documents, proof of address, or payment method verification from any Player. Until such documents are provided and verified to pk32's satisfaction, withdrawal requests may be suspended. This process is a regulatory requirement under pk32's gaming licence, not an optional procedure.
Age Verification: pk32 operates a strict 21+ policy enforced by CNIC verification. Providing false date of birth information during registration is a criminal offence in many jurisdictions and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
4.1 Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk32 Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. pk32 will never ask you for your password through any support channel. Any activity conducted through your Account using your login credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have previously notified pk32 of unauthorised access.
4.2 Notification of Breach. You must notify pk32 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. pk32 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to promptly report a security breach.
4.3 Non-Transferability. pk32 Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or pledge your Account, Account Balance, or any associated rights or entitlements to any third party.
4.4 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. pk32 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant Accounts following written notice to the registered email address or mobile number. The current inactivity fee schedule is available from pk32 customer support.
5.1 Accepted Methods. pk32 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of transaction. Accepted methods currently include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, GrabPay, and Cash OTC. Accepted methods are subject to change without notice.
5.2 Minimum & Maximum Amounts. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 50. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 200. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and Account verification status. VIP tier members may be subject to elevated limits as communicated through their Account management interface.
5.3 Processing Times. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits and withdrawals for verified Accounts are processed instantly. Bank transfer withdrawals submitted before 18:00 PKT on business days are processed same day. Processing times for other methods are displayed during the transaction initiation process.
5.4 Fees. pk32 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals processed through any supported payment method. Third-party transaction fees imposed by payment providers are outside pk32's control and may apply in certain circumstances.
5.5 Source of Funds. By depositing funds to pk32, you represent and warrant that the funds are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any criminal activity. pk32 reserves the right to request source of funds documentation in accordance with its AML/CFT obligations. Failure to satisfy such requests will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and referral to the relevant authorities.
5.6 Withdrawal Method Matching. pk32 generally requires withdrawals to be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Where this is not possible, pk32 will process withdrawals to a verified alternative method approved through the KYC process.
Segregated Funds: Player deposits at pk32 are held in dedicated segregated accounts entirely separate from pk32's operational funds. This structural protection is a condition of pk32's international gaming licence and ensures your Balance is protected regardless of pk32's commercial circumstances.
6.1 General. pk32 offers various bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, and reward programmes from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of this Agreement and must be read in conjunction with these Terms.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be satisfied using real-money bets; bets placed using Bonus Funds do not count toward real-money wagering requirements.
6.3 Eligibility. Bonuses are available only to eligible players as defined in each promotion's specific terms. Unless expressly stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
6.4 Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire and be removed from your Account Balance without compensation. Validity periods commence from the time of bonus credit, not from first use.
6.5 Abuse. pk32 reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or void any bonus, promotion, or associated winnings if pk32 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion; placing opposing bets to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk; or otherwise circumventing the spirit of any promotion. Determination of what constitutes abuse rests solely with pk32.
7.1 Applicable Rules. All bets and wagers placed through the pk32 Platform are subject to the specific game rules, sports betting rules, and casino terms applicable to each individual game or market, which are accessible within the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm you have read and understood the applicable rules.
7.2 Acceptance of Bets. pk32 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Bets are only accepted and valid once confirmed by the pk32 system and a confirmation reference number is issued.
7.3 Errors. In the event of a system error, software malfunction, or manifest error in odds or game outcomes, pk32 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. pk32 shall not be liable to honour bets placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from technical faults, human error, or external data feed failures.
7.4 RNG Certification. All digital casino games on the pk32 Platform use random number generators (RNG) certified by independent testing laboratories. The published return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game represent the theoretical long-term average and do not guarantee outcomes in any individual gaming session.
7.5 Sportsbook Events. For cricket betting (including PSL matches) and other sports markets, pk32 may void bets on events that are abandoned, postponed beyond a specified period, or where outcome determination is impossible. Specific voiding rules for each sport are published in the pk32 Sportsbook Rules document available on the Platform.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk32 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where warranted, referral to law enforcement authorities:
All content, software, source code, design elements, graphics, trade marks, game titles, trade names, logos, and branding elements associated with the pk32 Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of pk32 or its licensed content providers. No element of the Platform may be reproduced, copied, adapted, distributed, transmitted, displayed, or used in any derivative work without the prior written consent of pk32.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not constitute a transfer of any intellectual property rights and does not grant you any ownership interest in any Platform content.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk32's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pk32 Account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.2 pk32 expressly excludes all liability for: indirect or consequential losses; loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; loss of data; damages arising from platform downtime or technical interruption; or losses arising from your reliance on any content published on the Platform.
10.3 pk32 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit pk32's liability for death or personal injury caused by proven negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Gambling Risk Notice: All casino games and sports betting activities involve financial risk and the possibility of losing money. pk32 games have a mathematical house edge. Past results do not predict future outcomes. Only wager amounts you can genuinely afford to lose.
pk32 is committed to responsible gaming and player welfare. The Platform provides a suite of free responsible gaming tools accessible from every registered Account, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Players may activate any of these tools at any time through their Account settings or by contacting pk32 support.
Self-exclusion requests will be honoured immediately upon receipt and will apply across the entire pk32 Platform. During a self-exclusion period, pk32 will make reasonable efforts to prevent the self-excluded player from opening a new Account and will decline any new registration attempts where the excluded individual is identified. Self-exclusion is not a financial tool and does not result in automatic cancellation of pending bets placed prior to the exclusion request.

pk32 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is available at pk32.bid/privacy-policy.
pk32 will not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Data sharing with third parties is limited to: payment processors necessary to execute your transactions; identity verification providers required for KYC compliance; regulatory authorities as required by applicable law; and service providers operating under binding data processing agreements.
pk32 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pk32 will provide notice to registered Players via the registered email address or in-Platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, unless the change is required on shorter notice to comply with a regulatory or legal requirement.
Your continued use of the pk32 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 4 of these Terms.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk32's operating entity is incorporated, as identified in pk32's gaming licence documentation. Where no conflict of law applies a specific jurisdiction's law, the law of the gaming licence jurisdiction governs.
14.2 Informal Resolution. Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting pk32 support at [email protected]. pk32 will endeavour to respond to formal dispute notices within five (5) business days.
14.3 Regulatory Complaints. Players who remain unsatisfied following pk32's internal dispute resolution process may escalate the complaint to the relevant gaming regulatory authority identified in pk32's gaming licence, whose decision on regulatory matters shall be final and binding on pk32.
14.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
